In connection with the completion of the review period for Community Service proposals under the Regular Mono Year Scheme, Multi-Year Scheme, Research-Based, Professor Service, Pioneering Community Partnership, Disaster Mitigation, International Abdimas, all funded by Non-PNBP USU for Fiscal Year 2022, we hereby announce the list of recipients who have passed the selection.
In relation to the above, we kindly request teaching staff/lecturers to:
1. Submit two hard copies of the revised proposal (1 original & 1 photocopy) along with a photocopy of the BNI bank book to LPPM USU.
2. Submit a softcopy in PDF format with the naming convention: SCHEME_SequentialNumber_SK_Name (Example: MonoTahun_110_Amril) via the link: https://s.id/167nT
All documents must be submitted no later than May 20, 2022 (during working hours).
3. Create a front cover with the word “REVISED” placed in the upper right corner.
4. Upload the revised proposal including the approval page according to the approved funding amount (the approved funding amount can be viewed in each account at https://simabdimas.usu.ac.id/).
Please be informed that as part of efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to avoid gathering lecturers all at once, LPPM USU will arrange a staggered schedule for signing the Agreement Letter and will provide further information shortly.
