Director of Research, Technology and Community Service Mr. M. Faiz Syuaib stated the importance of transforming business processes and governance of the Directorate of Research, Technology and Community Service. He conveyed this at the coordination meeting, that the benchmark for DRTPM programs and activities in the future is the extent to which the service can follow the national research focus areas, as well as how the results of campus research can be delivered and implemented to the community, how innovative campus research products can be useful for society, and how universities as institutions implementing Tri Dharma can produce, provide, present articles and presentations in the form of scientific publications and popular publications to be delivered to the public.
"All program activities at DRTPM, both community service and research, intellectual property, as well as scientific journals and articles must be used as measures of Key Performance Indicators (IKU). "To make this happen with the limited availability of funds, you have to start by building ideas together, determining similarities in the activities to be carried out, and then determining funding, both the source and the amount of funds needed," said Faiz. Faiz hopes that PTNBH can act as a locomotive that carries other higher education carriages based on the clustering of "level of performance and reputation, in one cluster of the same focus area and jointly compiling a roadmap and research focus trajectory as well as sharing roles and tasks to fill each other's map the path and trajectory towards the target and destination, after the meeting ended, it was continued with questions and answers from the meeting participants
