Implementation of Proposal Submission for Community Service Activities Conducted on January 26 – February 20, 2026

Medan, the Community Service Institute of Universitas Sumatera Utara has conducted the submission of Community Service activity proposals that will receive funding sourced from Non-PNBP funds for the Fiscal Year 2026 at the Community Service Institute of Universitas Sumatera Utara.

the total number of submitted proposals received is 320 activity proposals, consisting of 2 submissions with the status "Waiting for Member Verification", 14 submissions with the status "Waiting for Proposal Upload", and 304 submissions with the status "Reviewer Determination for Document Evaluation". On the data above, it can be seen the number of submissions for each Community Service Scheme/Theme provided by the Community Service Institute of Universitas Sumatera Utara.

 

Furthermore, regarding the implementation of the proposed Community Service activities, the activities are aimed at supporting recovery from the impacts of natural disasters that occurred in the regions of Aceh, North Sumatra, and West Sumatra. In addition, the implementation targets are areas located in North Sumatra. Based on data reflected in the titles of the Community Service activities, more than 60% of the activities are related to disaster response initiatives.

 

Regarding the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), based on the submitted proposals and in accordance with the priority SDGs established by the Community Service Institute, which refer to the priorities of Universitas Sumatera Utara, the distribution is as follows: Goal 1. No Poverty – 17 Proposals; Goal 3. Good Health and Well-being – 65 Proposals; Goal 4. Quality Education – 36 Proposals; Goal 15. Life on Land – 20 Proposals; Goal 17. Partnerships for the Goals – 12 Proposals.

Furthermore, the Community Service Institute of Universitas Sumatera Utara will prepare for the implementation of the Review stage. Proposals that will proceed to the Review stage are those with the status "Reviewer Determination for Document Evaluation."
