The implementation of this Coordination Meeting activity began by holding a joint meeting with representative delegates from each University from BKS-PTN of West Region, which was held on March 6 2024 at the Le Polonia Hotel & Convention Hotel. On this occasion, the Management Team for International KKN activities provided an explanation regarding preparations for the implementation of future activities. Also, also convey the location of this activity. Where, this Joint International KKN activity will be carried out in 2 (two) regions, namely Samosir Regency and Karo Regency.
The 2024 West PTN BKS Joint KKN Forum International KKN Program will be attended by 2 students from 37 Universities in the West PTN BKS Region, 20 USU students, and 20 students from Foreign Universities. The 2024 West PTN BKS Joint KKN Forum International KKN activities will be held on August 5 to 2024. September 5 2024 with a duration of 30 days (one month), provided that international students will take part in this activity for 2 weeks. All BKS-PTN of West Region for KKN Coordination Meeting participants agreed to Samosir and Karo as KKN locations.
Furthermore, this Coordination Meeting activity was continued with a visit to the area or location of the implementation of this Joint International KKN activity. This visit was carried out on March 7 - 8 2024. The initial aim of the visit was to visit the activity location in the district at Samosir. And, continue with visiting the activity location in the District at Karo which coincides with the journey back to Medan City.
