Development Planning Meeting (MUSRENBANG)

Medan - The Institute for Community Service (LPPM) at Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) held a Development Planning Meeting (Musrenbang) at the Le Polonia Hotel in Medan to support the university's work programs and its goal of becoming a world-class university.

The Musrenbang aimed to align the work units' objectives with those of the university, particularly in terms of internationalization. Strategic programs must be carefully prepared to support the achievement of the university's performance targets.

Prof. Tulus, Vor.Dipl.Math., M.Si., Ph.D., the Head of LPPM, provided guidance for the 2023 program planning, emphasizing its alignment with the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (IKU), MBKM (Freedom to Learn – Independent Campus) activities, and the university's World Class University ranking. The Musrenbang was attended by the Secretary of LPPM USU, Meutia Nauly, S.Psi., M.Si., Psikolog, the Head of LPPM's Sub-Division, and LPPM staff.

With a comprehensive planning approach, this meeting is expected to enhance the performance of work units and support the achievement of the university's overall performance targets. Furthermore, the Musrenbang is intended to ensure that all planned programs are executed effectively in the future.
