In the meeting, KKN (Community Service Program) was highlighted as one of the main agendas of the LPPM Forum and the Forum of KKN Leaders, which must continue to be improved yearly.

Bandung – In the meeting, KKN was emphasized as one of the primary agendas of the LPPM Forum and the Forum of KKN Leaders to enhance its implementation annually. The discussion also addressed the abbreviation of the forum's name, considering that the naming of LPPM varies across universities. This forum is expected to accommodate all activities, particularly those related to research and community service. Therefore, it was proposed to include a clause explaining the term "chairperson" (head of LPPM) and to formalize the nomenclature for LPPM leadership.

There was also a suggestion to rename the "BKS PTN Wilayah Barat" (Coordination Board for State Universities in the Western Region) forum to a "National LPPM Forum," making it the foundation for national-level activities. According to the bylaws (AD/ART), the forum's name could encompass KKN, research, community service, downstream, and commercialization. The meeting reached a consensus to retain the forum's original abbreviation, FKLPPM, as established and approved in the Rector Forum meeting. While the name will remain unchanged, the scope of activities will be expanded. The programs will be incorporated into the bylaws (AD/ART), and each program will be assigned to a division responsible for accommodating its respective activities. Each division will focus on collaborative efforts, such as joint research or collaborative community service (PKM). As part of the suggestions, competitions could be introduced in research, community service, publication, and downstream. The winners would be announced during the Rector Forum's annual meeting, and the Rector Forum would fund the competition. The Forum of LPPM Leaders is expected to become more productive in the future.
