In managing Community Service activities from the Directorate of Research and Community Service (DPPM) of the Directorate of Research and Development of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology, the Community Service Institute of the University of North Sumatra is required to carry out Internal Monitoring and Evaluation activities.
The Community Service Institute of the University of North Sumatra carries out Internal Monitoring and Evaluation activities for the implementation of Community Service activities with funding sources from the Directorate of Research and Community Service (DPPM) of the Directorate of Research and Development of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology.
This Internal Monitoring and Evaluation activity was carried out by the Community Service Institute of the University of North Sumatra on September 22 and 23, 2025. The implementation of Internal Monitoring and Evaluation activities is one of the obligations of the Community Service Institute of the University of North Sumatra in accordance with what has been stated in the Implementation Contract for the activity.
In implementing this activity, the Community Service Institute of the University of North Sumatra assigned 2 (two) reviewers in accordance with the guidelines submitted by the Directorate of Research and Community Service (DPPM), namely with the provisions of 1 (one) reviewer from within the university, and 1 (one) reviewer from outside the university.
Internal Monitoring and Evaluation activities for Community Service implementers are carried out at the target partner locations. Overall, the Community Service Institute of the University of North Sumatra has carried out Internal Monitoring and Evaluation of 14 Community Service Titles, spread across several regions including Medan City, Langkat Regency, Deli Serdang Regency, Tebing Tinggi City, and Simalungun Regency.
