Based on letter number: 1227/PD.0402/D3/2017, dated December 8, 2017 regarding the willingness to receive a visit from the Population Thematic KKN Implementation Team.
Based on the above letter, the LPM USU Team made a working visit to the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) on December 11 and 14, 2017.
Based on Law No. 23 of 2014 concerning regional development, new institutions have been formed in provinces and city districts based on government report No. 18 of 2016 in North Sumatra, including one of the 3 and 4 provinces whose institutions are fully formed by the Governor of North Sumatra.
As stated by Prof. Drs. Tulus, Vordipl. Math, M.Si, Ph.D., the Population Thematic KKN has actually been implemented for a long time, so it is hoped that the Population Thematic KKN Program for 2018 can be run properly.
