Medan — The Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) of Universitas Sumatera Utara conducted an Internal Monitoring and Evaluation of recipients of Community Service funding from the Directorate of Research and Community Service (DPPM), Kemdiktisaintek. The Internal Monitoring and Evaluation was conducted on August 26–27, 2026, at the target partner locations of each Community Service activity.
The Internal Monitoring and Evaluation involved eight (8) recipients of Community Service Program funding under the Community Partnership Empowerment Scheme and one (1) recipient under the Nusantara Arts Innovation Program.
The activity involved four internal university reviewers, namely Prof. Mohammad Basyuni, Dr. Harmona Daulay, Prof. Elisa Julianti, and Prof. Yaya Hasanah, as well as two external university reviewers, Dr. Muhammad Bukhori Dalimunthe and Dr. Lisnawaty Simatupang, from Universitas Negeri Medan.
The Internal Monitoring and Evaluation was conducted as part of LPPM USU’s responsibility for managing and overseeing Community Service activities funded by the Directorate of Research and Community Service (DPPM), Kemdiktisaintek. It also aimed to assess the progress and level of achievement of the Community Service activities implemented by the respective project teams.
The results of the Internal Monitoring and Evaluation will subsequently be submitted to the Directorate of Research and Community Service (DPPM), Kemdiktisaintek as part of the accountability and evaluation process for the funded Community Service programs.
