Medan, the Community Service Institute of Universitas Sumatera Utara held a release activity for International KKN participants on August 5, 2024, which took place in the Main Hall of the DLCB Building, 8th Floor, Universitas Sumatera Utara. And, this activity will be continued with the delivery of International KKN participants to the location of the activity in Samsoir Regency and Karo Regency, North Sumatra Province.
The implementation of the International KKN this year is a Joint KKN activity from the West State University Cooperation Agency (BKS-PTN). This is a great trust given by the West BKS-PTN to Universitas Sumatera Utara to organize this first International KKN activity. This International KKN activity is attended by students from Universities that are members of the West BKS-PTN.
The release event was attended by participants from BKS-PTN Barat member universities along with the Introductory Team and also the Leaders of BKS-PTN Barat member universities. Also present on this occasion were the Executive Secretary of BKS-PTN Barat, as well as representatives from several BKS-PTN Barat member universities. On this occasion,Universitas Sumatera Utara was attended by Vice Rector I, University Secretary, Director of PP, Director of DIKG, Secretary of LPPM USU and others.
At the end of the implementation of this activity, a symbolic release of the International KKN participants to the KKN implementation location was carried out. And, the next day, August 6, 2024, an activity was carried out to deliver International KKN participants to the implementation location that had been determined by the International KKN activity manager in Samosir Regency and Karo Regency.
