This activity is so important considering that “Community Service” is mandatory for academics through service in accordance with the mandate of the Tri Darma of Higher Education. This series of activities brings enthusiasm for lecturers to do useful service and can benefit the nation and state.
The activity participants taught staff/lecturers from each Universitas Sumatera Utara faculty. The speakers are National Reviewers appointed by Kemeneristekdikti, namely Dr. Edi Kurniadi, M.Pd., and Dr. Untung Santoso, M.Si.
The purpose and objective of this activity are to increase the understanding of Socialization participants of the vision and PM program as well as the functions and obligations of the management of the Higher Education LPM institution to improve the quality of the implementation of activities and institutional performance, increase the capability of participants in motivating and facilitating teaching staff/lecturers of the Universitas Sumatera Utara to contribute to community service programs actively.
