In Medan, the Community Service Institution of Universitas Sumatera Utara conducted Technical Guidance and Mentoring for Proposal Writing for the Matching Fund Program FY 2025. The event was held at the Grandhika Setia Budi Hotel on October 21, 2024.
The event was opened by the Head of LPPM USU, Prof. Tulus Vor.Dipl.Math., M.Si., Ph.D., who encouraged participants to prepare their proposals thoroughly and by the program guidelines. He also suggested that participants without partners utilize Universitas Sumatera Utara's membership in the Higher Education Consortium for Population Concern by partnering with the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN).
The session continued with a presentation by Prof. Dr. Apri Heri Iswanto, S.Hut., M.Si., a National Reviewer for the Matching Fund Program. The event was moderated by the Secretary of LPPM USU, Dr. Meutia Nauly, S.Psi., M.Si., Psychologist. During the presentation, the speaker highlighted the importance of thoroughly reviewing the guidelines and creating program plans aligned with the budget proposed in the submission.
