The official portal simabdimas.usu.ac.id, managed by USU's LPPM, officially closed the submission period for the 2022 USU Talenta Community Service proposals.
On March 31, 2022, the official portal simabdimas.usu.ac.id, managed by USU's LPPM, officially closed the 2022 USU Talenta Community Service Program proposal submission. According to LPPM's recapitulation, 400 proposals were submitted to the system (excluding the Pioneer Partnership scheme). Officially, proposal submissions were open from March 14 to March 24, 2022, but the deadline was extended until March 31, 2022, at 11:59 PM.
The 2022 USU Talenta Community Service proposals were prepared using the 6th edition of the LPPM USU guidelines. LPPM also prepared for implementation far in advance through various socialization meetings. During the submission period, LPPM regularly held coordination meetings with WD3 (Vice Dean III) to ensure the smooth implementation of this year's community service activities.
LPPM's recapitulation revealed that 77% of USU lecturers were interested in submitting proposals under the regular Mono-Year scheme. Meanwhile, no proposals were submitted under the Multi-Year Entrepreneurship Development Program (PPK) scheme. Furthermore, 4.25% of the submissions failed to upload successfully.
This year, a new Pioneer Community Partnership scheme was introduced to enable young lecturers to collaborate on community service in 2022. This scheme was directly selected by faculties, with LPPM following up on two names recommended by faculties to be funded under this scheme by LPPM USU.
The 400 submitted proposals will be reviewed based on the uploaded documents in the next stage. Proposals that were not uploaded will automatically be disqualified. The proposals to be reviewed will be evaluated by 40 reviewers whose names have been proposed, pending the Rector's Decree for the following process. LPPM USU appreciates the Puskom staff's intensive support in addressing network and information system challenges for this year's community service program.
