Medan, the Institute for Community Service (LPPM) of Universitas Sumatera Utara received a visit from the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) of Universitas Syiah Kuala on Friday, December 22 2023.
In carrying out the USK LPPM visit, it was led by Dr. Dra. Sulastri, M.Si as Deputy Chair for Community Service and staff at LPPM USK. This visit was a follow-up to the previous visit carried out by the USU LPPM to the USK LPPM.
During this visit, a more detailed discussion was held regarding plans for implementing Collaborative Service activities between Universities. On this occasion, plans for implementing the Assisted Village Collaboration activities were also discussed, which will be carried out in the border area between the provinces of Aceh and North Sumatra.
Also, on this occasion it was also carried out in connection with the implementation of Collaborative Service activities which will implement a system such as the implementation of Indonesian Collaborative Research, namely the presence of a Host and Co-Host in implementing these activities. And, each institution will provide funding allocations in accordance with the determination of the activity implementer, namely the implementer as Host or Co Host.
Based on the meetings and discussions held on this occasion, of course LPPM USU really welcomed the implementation and results of the meeting which were also welcomed by LPPM USK. And, on this occasion it was also agreed that a follow-up meeting would be held for a more serious discussion regarding the implementation of this activity later.
