To ensure quality assurance in the management of the Community Service Program, DPPM will conduct validation of program outputs.
Outputs that do not meet the validity criteria outlined in the 2024 Research and Community Service Guidelines will be assigned a “not valid” status.
Outputs with this status will be treated as outstanding obligations that must be revised or updated before they can be reassessed in the next validation period.
This provision also applies to outputs from the 2023 Community Service Program that remain invalid to date and therefore must be updated or corrected in the BIMA system in accordance with the applicable regulations.
This activity must be completed no later than 30 November 2025.
