In the program, MSME actors received training on strategic management formulation to manage their businesses more efficiently and increase income. Additionally, digital marketing training was given to expand market reach and promote products more broadly.
Collaboration with Grab Medan enables participants to register their products on the Grab app, providing direct experience in digital sales. The USU community service team also handed over equipment assistance tailored to the needs of MSME actors to improve the quality of their production.
