The launching activity was attended by the Secretary of LPPM USU, Dr. Meutia Nauly, S.Psi., M.Sc., and Psychologist. This activity was also attended by representatives from the Regional Apparatus, including Representatives from the North Sumatra Balitbangda, Deli Serdang Regional Government, Sibolangit District Apparatus, Rumah Sumbul Village Apparatus, as well as Local Traditional, Religious, and Karang Taruna Figures along with the Implementation Team of the Fostered Village Program.
Furthermore, this activity was carried out by starting with a Welcome from the Organizing Committee, Village Head, Sibolangit Sub-district Head, and a Welcome from the Secretary of LPPM USU, which also marked the official opening of the activity. Also, the activity continued with the Launching of the Fostered Village and the Signing of the Cooperation Agreement between the Community Service Institution of the Universitas Sumatera Utara and Rumah Sumbul Village related to implementing the Fostered Village Program.
